Step 1 – Contact Us

Getting started is easy. Just reach out to us through WhatsApp, our contact form, or email at sales@ross3dprinting.com

• Send us your 3D file (STL / STEP / Revit / SketchUp, etc.) or links to the models online.

• Don’t have a 3D file? No problem – you can send us drawings, sketches, or even a rough concept.

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Step 2 – Quotation & Design Check

Once we have your idea or file, we’ll figure out the best way to bring it to life.

• If you already have a 3D model:

  • We’ll check the file for potential issues and recommend fixes if needed.

  • We’ll also suggest the most suitable material based on how the part will be used (decorative, functional, indoor, outdoor, load-bearing, etc.).

  • Your quote will be based on print time, size, materials, and complexity.

  • Simple prints can often be ready within 1–3 business days. If you have specific settings, let us know.

• If you don’t have a 3D model yet:

  • We can create one for you at MYR 80.00/hour.

  • If your design is something we might reuse in future projects, we may offer a discount – we’ll let you know upfront.

Step 3 – Test Print

Before moving into full production, we’ll do a test print to make sure everything fits and works as expected.

• Your first test print is free – we’ll share the results with you for approval.

• If changes are needed after the test print, revisions will be charged at a discounted rate.

This step ensures your final piece turns out exactly as you want.

Step 4 – Final Print & Delivery

Once you approve the test print, we’ll move on to the final production run. Our fleet of printers will get to work right away.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin.

• The balance is due before collection or delivery.

• We can arrange delivery through couriers, LalaMove/Grab, or you’re welcome to pick it up yourself.
